Brand Story

You’re probably wondering where the name “Littles & Bigs” came from or what it means? Well, let’s dive in…

After plenty of time spent brainstorming ideas for a travel and adventure business, during a car ride home, the couple had their most successful idea yet. It began when Liam mentioned that the brand name could incorporate the same initials as their names (Liam and Bailey). By doing this, if future followers decided they wanted to shorten the name to “L & B Adventures” or “LB Adventures”, it could work that way.

The Story Behind “Littles & Bigs”

So? How did the couple settled on “Littles & Bigs” as the brand name? Fittingly enough, the name was born on a car ride home. There are four factors that back the reasoning for the brand name “Littles & Bigs”.

  1. The Creators/Founders

The creators of the brand are Liam and Bailey. And, while they could have followed the recent trend for travel and adventure content creators by just simply using their names, they decided that wasn’t the path they wanted to take. Liam mentioned during that car ride, “What if we use L & B, still keeping our initials as part of the brand?” This sparked the idea for “Little Big Adventures” which then morphed into “Littles & Bigs”, relative to our two Golden Doodles (mentioned by Bailey).

  2. The Golden Doodles of the Family

Flowing directly from the previous factor, the Littles & Bigs family has two dogs: Maxwell the (Standard) Golden Doodle and Miles the (Mini) Golden Doodle. By complete accident, Liam and Bailey happened to nickname their dogs, “Littles” & “Bigs”. Maxwell at 75 pounds being “Bigs” and Miles at only 25 pounds being “Littles”.

  3. Including Our Adventures

This whole brand is based upon both the adventures that Bailey and Liam have already been on, and those that they still have yet to experience. Some of these have been little adventures, and some of these much bigger. In the future, they expect nothing different, continuing on little big and big little adventures just the same.

  4. It’s a Family Matter

Family is so important! This brand is designed to represent their family: Bailey, Liam, Maxwell, and Miles. The brand name plays a little juxtaposition with initials because Liam is “Bigs” and Bailey is “Littles”. Since Liam starts with an L and Bailey with a B, it is contrasting by design. It all ties into the creators, their dogs, and the little big adventures of the past, present, and future for the little big family. It represents the life they live. When all is said and done, family is what counts, and this family is little big strong.
